    You can contact a fizz rep, he will add notes to your folder, the technician will see it in notes on his work cellphone (technician use phones to see client installation details, and signal).

    Normally, you cannot.
    It happens that the technician doesnt call before his arrival for the installation.
    Leave a note in the front of your door.
    Or try to contact the Fizz customer service by chat from 8h00 to 21h00.
