How do I do to set an appointment? I haven’t cancelled my previous internet service. Can the technician do it during the visit and then install fizz?

You can modify your internet plan,
Just, connect you online to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plans
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on, Modify my plan
Choose the new plan you want and fix an appointment with the technican for your installation (date and hour) click on: Save

wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
