Sim card activated on the wrong account. How activate the sim card to the right account?

I want to activate this sim card on the right account.

If you have already activated, you need to unsubscribe :(

But you will lose the money, I do not think that you can refund.

Go to any help page, if you are not connected login
Wait 15 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.

You can also send a message via facebook messenger

You can also fill a contact form from your account
Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile -> Contact Form (the subject are limited) and fill out the form and someone will email you back.

Alexia, FYI there are 2 separate forums at Fizz; one in english and one in french. You have more chance to have answers if you select the right one. By chance we are a few persons to help on both side such as Mike.

@Mike, do you think that she can simply order a new SIM card and activate it on the right account.
