Credit Card Charged 5 (Five) Times. Impossible to Contact Fizz About It.

I've been contacted by my credit card customer service. Fizz charged us 5 times what should have been onle one transaction.
There is no custumer service number, no customer service email on this site to solve this matter.
Any one has any idea how to contact them?
If I can't contact them, I'll see what action I can take to complain to authorities. This situation is just unacceptable.
