Insane roaming charges in Canada while on Canada wide plan?

I just logged into my account to see that I had insane roaming charges applied to my account while I was on a business trip IN CANADA while on a CANADA WIDE data plan.

I had funds in my wallet which were completely wiped out by this.

I am trying to contact fizz but unable to do so.

How do I get reimbursed for these bogus charges?

It's a known bug and you have to contact Fizz via chat using this https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues.
wait for about 20 seconds and you'll see a green ... at the right corner at the bottom .
