reset phone

i have recently made a factory reset on my phone. from now on, i cannot connect to fizz network.. phone telling me network unavailable. Do i have to reactivate my sim?

No your sim is all right. This is the network which is down since this morning. This is the 2nd times in 7 days the network is shutting down. They are saying they are working on the problem. You should be patient as they are not in a rush to correct it. Better be patient as they should do the final correction at night.

Hi nilofar,

Lots of people are having issues with Fizz today. You're not the only one that cannot connect on the network. Following your factory reset, you will probably have to reconfigure your APN configurations but, for the non-existing network connection it's most probably related to the global outage.

They said it's expected to be fixed during the night. We shall see tomorrow morning ...
