my credit card has been charged twice when i activated my sim card

when i activated my sim card for phone number ending by 5666, first time i did it around 16:30 on 5th Dec. 2018 , waited it for about 13 hours, the phone did not work, so on 6th Dec. 2018 around 5:30, i tried to activated sim card again, this time i just waited few minutes, the phone works. but i check my credit card, has been charged twice, how and when can i get refund, thanks.

Yes, you'll have to contact fizz directly via facebook chat, contact forms, or the elusive chat bubble to get them to refund it. If you cannot get a response from Fizz, your credit card company might be able to help with the double charge.

To add to what Kenny is asking, if I recall, when I activated, I had one charge and one hold on my credit card. But if it's two charge it's definitely a mistake. You should contact them by chat or on Messenger.
