Dear community teams
I have already created a Fizz account with phone no 1234567890
But findout I never received email to acknowledge, it might missed type wrong email, but I able to used my phone. Never able to login. User name or password wrong.
After I am created new account with the correct email and able to login, the phone numbers isn't associate to this new email
How do I able to fix this problem ? I want my new account and correct email to associate to this account. But how ?
In this case you have to contact customer service, they should assist you on this matter.
