Hey, after I see they hided their unlimited flat rate to 28$, i take the wrong flat rate.
Now I can't call anymore and I can't confirm the technician from internet access and others....

Can you try to help me ? because you want to take this flat rate only to 28 december. But I need it now.
I don't care about the flatt rate I got for now. I want the 28$ unlimited with 2Go LTE.

I've been trying to get help for almost two weeks now. TBH i might switch back to Fido after this month.

@Gabriel G. I am not sure to understand what you are trying to achieve. Can you access your Fizz account? If so, you should be able to change for plan as you wish.
