Already posted this question got 3 replies but i dont know how to simply answer back...isnt that hackward ! So replies to the questions asked to me. Its on Android OS, I already have done the APN settings, I have a data plan.

On iPhone device you have the option to set MMS On or Off.

I almost have the same problem. I can send MMS but I can not receive MMS. I even tried to send them to myself with no luck. APN's are all set on Samsung S9+.5
