Why is Nepean not considered Ottawa?

The coverage tool indicated that my address in Nepean falls in the subscription area. However, I cannot create a plan because it says I do not live in Ottawa. I think there is an issue with the address check that only looks for Ottawa when the address selector only allows me to enter my address using Nepean.

I checked on the coverage map and it seems included. You should contact Fizz on Facebook to see if there is a workaround (maybe writing the adress as Ottawa).7

I've contacted Fizz and they don't even seem to know Ottawa geography. The input does not allow using Ottawa as my address and they claim that I do not live in Ottawa. I've sent a response but this is a bug in their system.7

Try entering an Ottawa address, for instance work, and select your plan after SIM activation. Then use your home address for your billing address during payment steps. You may need to delete your billing address if already entered.
Ironically I did this as I had mistakenly entered my Quebec cottage address to try to check coverage (says in system not covered but works fine) but my home/billing address is in coverage and worked fine after deleting Quebec cottage entry in profile. Of course your problem is the reverse - but the key in all this is to ensure your billing address on credit card validation is identical to what is on file at your bank.
Be patient with the new Fizz, as Videotron itself is newer to this side of the Outaouais and no postal database is perfect... I for one hope Fizz is a contender in the region especially for those of us that live in both 613 and 819.5
