Ported number from Fido: it failed. I can make and receive calls but no data, what's going on?

I've tried contacting Fizz and Fido. Fido says the number is ported out. Fizz says it fails when they try.

I have also tried messaging them through Facebook, Sending in a complaint and, booking two appointments but I have never gotten a call back.

If you can make calls, the number is ported. The data problem is probably caused by an APN or phone problem. Have you check the APN settings on the fizz page or try to resend you the configuration text messages?

Yeah My APN settings are the same as they suggest on the APN page.
