I'm using an iphone and my data doesn't work, and I can't access the APN for some reason. What do I do?

I just installed my SIM card and everything works fine, calls and texts, apart from my data. I've tried to get access to the APN but my iPhone doesn't even show it. I was with Koodo before and the data was working fine. My career settings are also up to date. What do I do?

Hi Maria
What iOS version are you on? Can you do an iOS update?

1- Look under Settings / General / Information on the line Carrier it should be Fizz 34.1
2- Reset your network settings Settings / General / Reinitialize / Reinitialize network settings.
