I am not seeing the chat bubble that is meant to appear on the website.

I'm trying to get my data working but I can't get into contact with the fizz team.

Any solutions?

It's really ridiculous; the Chat Bubble has been Missing in Action for at least 2 days.
Allison's comments are helpful but they won't make the Chat Bubble appear or come back.
I have been doing everything that she mentioned and it always worked in the past.
They took away Chat Bubble!!!

Make sure your ad/popup blocker is switched off for the fizz website, then go to the solutions hub, pick an article, and stay on that article for 15-20 seconds. If there are agents available, the chat bubble will appear.

Alternatively, you can contact them directly using the contact form under "my profile" in you customer account.

You can also try to fix your apn settings yourself.

I think they may be a bit overwhelmed with an influx of problems from new launch customers. The contact form in your customer profile should still be available.
