Hello,
Two days ago I started the activation of my sim card but I was interrupted at the moment I was choosing my plan.
I thought I can continue later since I already have entered the activation code and chose phone number. However it seems I need to start over again, but unfortunately I haven't kept my activation number just the sim card.Is it still possible to activate it or I need to order a new one?

Pretty sure you will have to get another one, since the activation code is printed onto the matching SIM card's packaging.

I suggest going to your profile then selecting contact forms. I'm sure customer service has access to the activation code associated to your SIM .
Keep us posted, cause I'm not so sure about that...
It seems like that there is no way to contact anyone from the customer service. I guess there is no such a thing.Which makes me doubt is it really worth the savings.
You have to decide for yourself whether it's worth the savings or not. Different people have different sets of needs. For those that are technically savvy and don't need upper tier customer service, this is a worthwhile trade-off. For those that aren't, it make sense to pay an extra 10$/month with Videotron or whoever else.
