Where do I input my referral code when I register for a new plan?

I have a referral code from a friend who has just registered, but I don't want to complete my registration without using the referral, and I haven't seen it pop up yet. Can anyone tell me at what step along the registration you're prompted to put in the code? Thanks!

It’s one of the last steps of the activation process. Don’t worry, you’ll see the field to add it when you’re supposed to.5
