For some reason I cannot make any phone calls or texts with my phone, and I cant seem to chat with customer service about it. Is there a phone number that we can call for CS? I was able to make phone calls in the recent past, this is an issue just over the last few days. help?

If you have call fowrad to your VM or an other number activated, it might be why your are not getting your calls.
There seems to be a glitch whit this fucntion for a while now.

If it makes you feel any better I can't call out either. Worst part is that when people call me they get a not in service message.3
