Account has transferred from Rogers but I still have no service.

I have waited for over 3 hours and still have not received my text from Fizz. Is this usual? Rogers has deactivated my plan with them so I am not sure what the hold up is right now. Any ideas?

Make sure your phone is unlocked. I had called my provider and said it was but it wasnt. As soon as i unlocked it worked in minutes.

Well if your sure your phone is unlock then i would check with the chat support. They were really helpful for me.

I had the same issue, I had to contact my original cell phone provider and have them unlock the phone. Then I waited the usual 3-6 hours it takes for your service to be fully active and everything worked out.
