Is it possible to port a number from a different carrier to an existing active Fizz line, or do I need to cancel my current Fizz line and get a new one and port the number when I activate the new one?

Hello, i did that yesterday, I port my two numbers from Chatr mobile, and it was functionnal.
You have to know your account number or you can use the IMEI of the phone you want ot activate.
