I ordered my SIM card last week, and still have not received it (despite selecting the express shipping option). Went to the help page but the chat option is missing. There is no way to contact support. Awful customer experience!
For lost SIM cards, your only option now to get the beta pricing, is to order a new one with the 2-hour express delivery option (if still available) between +/- 8 am and 6 pm and activate it today before Midnight. Good luck!
