You can unsubscribe by logging into your account. Go under "My plans" then "Manage plan".3

I hear your frustration. I don't know much about setting up a cell infrastructure, but at the very least Fizz/Videotron should have a working website and make sure their support people can be easily contacted for issues. Is that not the purpose of this beta test?3
