Not receiving text messages?

I signed up for Fizz Yesterday, and it's been about 24 hours and I still cant receive texts, but I can send them. How can I fix this problem? I can make and receive calls. the only problem i have is with receiving texts.

Hey Matthew,

Have you tried going in your Cellular Network settings, and manually select another Fizz Network instead of letting your phone select the network automatically? I know that fixed my issue, so maybe it will for you too. If not, try contacting Fizz Support on Facebook Messenger.

Have you solved your problem, i have the same problem, i reset my phone, changed the APN, changed my sim card and still doesn't work. i have a samsung S7

I have the exact problem. I contacted the costumer support. Hope that they fix this soon!
