I have activated my sim card with a new number. now I am not being able to transfer my number over

what do i do?

Usually you have to transfer the number while you're activating your sim card . Same thing happened to me . They told me to buy another sim card and transfer my number .

That is not the norm for cellular providers but maybe a Fizz specific thing. I would go through the chat and ask if you're able to port your number after activation, it might be something they are only able to do for you. Good luck!!
